| Abstract: | In this paper,the author employed empirical method to study the influencing factors of job satisfaction of bank employees through Factor Analysis and drew the following conclusions: the influencing factors of job satisfaction of bank employees impact the work itself,management style,banking policy and implementation,colleague relations,personal abilities,training and promotion and remuneration for their work. |
