| Abstract: | The Germany government focuses on establishing the industrial technology innovation consortium and promoting its development. The government has made a series of high technology development strategies and some major important scientific research programs to guide and support the industrial technology innovation consortium thoroughly. These measures boost rapid growth of the technology innovation consortium, in the mean time, enhance the integration of science ＆ technology and industries and promote the competitiveness of industrial clusters. |
