企业家人力资本与企业产权安排的理论研究述评

企业产权安排的实质是指企业剩余索取权和剩余控制权在企业各产权主体中的分配。由于企业是人力资本与物质资本的一个特别合约,现代的企业不可能只有一个产权主体,总的来说可以分为物质资本和企业家人力资本。在企业家人力资本分享企业产权的安排上有三种不同的观点,本文在企业家人力资本内涵界定的基础上,对此进行了述评。

The arrangement of enterprise property rights essential refers to the allocation of Residual Claim and residual control between property owners. Due to special bond between human capital and material capital, modern enterprise has not only one property owner. Generally, it's classified as material capital and entrepreneur human capital. There have three different viewpoints in the entrepreneur human capital share enterprise property rights arrangement, and based on the entrepreneur human capital connotation limits, this article carried on the review.
