| Abstract: | On explaining the definition of running coef-ficient of ministry-owned dispatched empty wagons thattransfer inter-Administrations, the paper analyzes theinfluences to the economic benefit of railway administra-tions by proper calculation of mileage accomplished bythe ministry-owned inter-Administrations dispatchedempty wagons. It then puts forward the calculationmethod of running coefficient for ministry-owned inter-Administrations dispatched empty wagons and the evalu-ation of its economic result. |
