| 摘 要： | 该文对水资源价值进行论证分析,认为总经济价值论更能完整地诠释环境资源的价值;对我国一些重大用水工程进行了评价,如宁夏该不该发展水稻、干旱半干旱区如何使用城市景观用水、关于怒江上建水电站的问题进行了讨论;并认为用模糊数学的方法进行环境资源评价是可行的。

| Abstract: | This paper carries out argumentation and analysis on the value of water resources.It holds that total economic value can completely annotate the value of environment resources.The paper also evaluates some important water using engineering projects,such as Should Ningxia develop rice production? How to use water for city sight in arid and semi-arid regions? The paper discusses the issue of constructing water and electricity station on the Nu River and holds it is feasible to carry out environment resources evaluation by faint mathematical method. |
