| 摘 要： | 我国第三方物流自出现以来,取得了迅速的发展,但发展水平不高,功能结构单一.对第三方物流进行资源整合,成为加快我国物流发展过程中急需解决的问题.本文在简析我国第三方物流发展现状和整合步骤的基础上,通过建立博弈模型,进行纳什均衡分析,指出政府和行会在整合中的重要作用;最后进一步论述了政府和行会在第三方物流资源整合中的工作.

| Abstract: | TPL has gotten quick development from its coming, but its development is slow and its framwork is unique. This paper studies the current state of TPL development in China, points out the process in integration of TPL resource, and puts forward the importance of government and guild in integration by analyzing nash equilibrium in model of game theory. |
