| 摘 要： | 自2005年,中韩对FTA开始了共同研究,两国的态度都很积极.中韩政治友好关系和经贸合作关系的顺利发展,以及两国对双边自由贸易的积极姿态,为中韩FTA奠定了坚实的基础.中韩FTA对发展中韩友好关系,推动中韩经济合作,以及推动东北亚、东亚经济一体化都有重要意义.由于中韩贸易不均衡,中韩两国都存在自由化敏感的领域,加之韩国在有关方面的忧虑,中韩FTA也面临一些具体的困难.为此,中韩两国要共同采取向前看的积极姿态,相互理解,相互让步,循序渐进,妥善解决谈判中的具体困难.

| Abstract: | The governments of China and Korea make positive attitudes to Sino-Korea FTA since mutual research has begun in 2005.
