生态环境与西部地区城镇化发展问题研究

生态环境是人类生存发展的重要外部条件,城镇化则是区域经济社会发展的重要引擎,二者在西部地区能否实现有机结合,对西部地区经济社会的可持续发展至关重要。从西部地区生活模式传统,生态观念淡漠,城镇发展环境不佳;人口分布不均,生态消费过度,城镇体系发育不全;产业结构初级,生态压力加剧,城镇经济发展乏力;协调发展困难,"两型"社会难建,城镇整体质量不高四个方面的阻滞因素入手进行分析。提出了转变生态观念,改善城镇发展环境;科学合理规划,健全城镇演变体系;承接产业转型,增强城镇发展动力;构建"两型"社会,提高城镇发展质量等相应的破解对策。

The Research on the Ecological Environment and the Western Region Towns Development

The ecological environment is the important external conditions of the human survival and development.Urbanization is the important engine of the regional economic and social development.The organic combination of the two is very important for the western region economy society sustainable development.The article begins with four aspects analyses: the mode of traditional life in the western area,the indifference of ecological concept and the poor town development environment,the unevenly distributed population,the excessive consumption of ecological system and the unbalanced urban structure;the primary industrial structure,the ecological pressures and the lack of power of urban economic development,the difficulty of coordinated development and the "two type" society building as well as the low overall quality of its urbanization.Then this article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: to change the ecological concept and to improve the urban environments for its development,the scientific and rational planning and sound urban evolution system,to undertake the industrial transformation and to enhance the urban development power,the construction of the "two types" of society and the improvement of the urban development quality.
