Abstract:The paper studies the difference of compensation mechanism structure and its effects in listed family business between China and America.The compensation mechanism includes annual pay,shareholding level and compensation gap.Finally,Based on the conclusion of this thesis,the paper proposes the suggestions on how to improve the compensation mechanism of Chinese listed family business.
