| 摘 要： | 随着电子商务的深度发展,跨境生鲜电商成为新的关注热点,如何实现跨境生鲜农产品对供应链的高要求,提升供应链的绩效,是当前跨境生鲜电商领域需要迫切解决的问题。文中从效率、柔性、响应、质量四个方面探析了供应链绩效的影响因素,构建了解释结构模型（ISM）,为跨境生鲜电商的发展提供科学的决策依据。

| Abstract: | With the deep development of E-commerce, cross-border fresh product e-commerce has become the new concern. Currently, in the field of the cross-border fresh product E-commerce,one of the urgent problems is how to realize the high demand of cross-border fresh Agricultural product e-commerce for supply chain and improve performances of supply chain. Paper analyzed influence factors of supply chain performance from four aspects including efficiency, flexibility, response and quality, built ISM model which could provide scientific basis for development of cross-border fresh product e-commerce. |
