| 摘 要： | 文中以上海海洋大学本科工业工程专业建设为研究对象,基于该校定位角色性质,研究探讨了以培养应用型人才为目标的专业建设模式。从培养体系、教学环境、师资、课程体系与教学模式几个方面进行了分析,并对构建成果的应用情况进行了总结。基于高校定位角色建设模式能够提升学生特色能力培养,提高学生的就业能力,为其他高校的专业建设提供帮助与参考。

| Abstract: | According to the industrial engineering specialty of our university as the research object, specialty construction mode is studied with the goal of cultivating applied talents as the goal based on the role of our school. The training system, teaching environment, teachers, curriculum system and teaching mode and several aspects are analyzed, and the application of achievements are summarized. The method and mode can improve students＇ ability training, improve the students＇ employment ability, and provide help and reference for other colleges. |
