摘    要:全面深入的校企合作可以为企业和学校带来持续竞争优势。但校企合作在实际运作过程中,由于激励机制不明,校企合作机制难以指导学校和企业深入合作。因此,需要在考虑合作企业对校企合作的努力水平基础上,正确地设计校企合作激励和监督机制,才能使校企合作成功。通过对长期合作企业和短期合作企业的利益实现机制分析表明,长期合作企业更关注长远的收益,而短期合作企业更关注当前的收益。因此,学校在设计校企合作激励机制上,应该承诺为企业提供长期稳定的技术和人才开发等优势。

Abstract:Comprehensive and in-depth cooperation can bring the competitive advantage for the enterprises and schools. But the school enterprise cooperation in the actual operation of the process, mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation is difficult to guide the school and enterprise cooperation, because of fuzzy incentive mechanism. To consider the cooperation enterprise of school enterprise cooperation effort levels based on the correct design of school enterprise cooperation incentive and supervision mechanism, in order to make the successful cooperation between schools and enterprises. The long-term and short-term interests of cooperative enterprises cooperative enterprises long-term cooperation mechanism analysis shows that the enterprises are more concerned about the long-term gains, while short-term cooperative enterprises pay more attention to current income.
