| 摘 要： | 供应链管理是随着全球制造、全球化经营趋势的迅猛发展孕育而生的一种新的物流管理模式和思想，是物流管理的一场革命。与此同时，物流管理在此大环境下，又呈现出许多新的特点和规律。本文对此问题从供应链管理的科学内涵、供应链管理与物流管理的内在关系以及供应链管理下的物流管理三个方面进行了论述。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of the global manufacturing and marketing,the supply chain management is a kind of new mode and thought of logistics management.Even it is a revolution of the logistics management.At the same time, in the great environment logistics management also presents many new characters and regulations.This paper includes 3 contents: the science contents of the supply chain management, inside relation of the supply chain management and the logistics management of the supply chain management environment. |
