浅论教师提高反思能力的举措

反思能力,有助于教师在复杂的教育情境中,评价自己行为的后果,形成工作的自觉性、主动性和能动性,以不断改进自己的教学实践,更好、更有效地开展教育活动。教师不仅要具备反思能力,还要在持续的自我发展和教学活动中不断提高反思能力。为此,作者结合自己的教学实践,提出一些提高反思能力的举措。

Brief Analysis of Measures to Help Teachers Improve Their Introspection Ability

Introspection ability is helpful for teachers to appraise the consequences of their own behaviors in the complex teaching situation. As a result they can form good self-consciousness, intiativeness and activity to improve their own teaching practice and carry out their teaching activities better and more effectively. From the author＇ s opinion, the teacher need to have the introspection ability and furthmore they should improve their introspection ability in their self-development and the teaching activity. Based on her own teaching experiences, the author proposes some measures to help teachers improve their introspection ability.
