海岸带区域产业布局评价指标体系设计

以可持续发展为原则,针对海岸带区域独特的经济、社会和资源环境特点,设计出产业布局评价指标体系;将该指标体系运用到对上海市海岸带区域6个区县的实证分析上,得出客观评价:浦东新区产业布局合理化程度最高,接下来依次是宝山、南汇、奉贤、金山和崇明。这一结果与上海市的实际情况基本吻合,从而验证了该评价指标体系的可行性。
