信息化对城乡一体化进程的影响及对策

城乡一体化作为我国协调城市和农村两大地域经济和社会系统的重要方式，在未来全球信息化的浪潮中，将会对我国城市化进程产生更加广泛和深刻的影响。文章从城乡地域社会经济、人口流动和居住空间的变化、城乡文化和思想意识的交流以及城乡地域生态系统的可持续发展等角度出发，分析了信息化对我国城乡一体化进程所带来的各方面影响，并就城乡制度政策改革、统一市场体系、基础设施建设、生态环境保护等方面如何利用信息化趋势来促进城乡协调发展提出了相应的对策。

THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND URBAN-RURAL INTEGRATION AND CORRESPONDING COUNTERMEASURES

As an important organization form of coordinating two major regional economic systems of cities and rural areas in China, urban and rural integration will impact the urbanization process in a more extensive and profound way in the future information trend. This article put to much emphasis on analyzing several different impacts of information on urban and rural integration in our country: (1) Information technology accelerates the coordinating development of urban and rural economy, which lead to a space configuration recomposition of urban and rural integration. (2) Information impulses the process of suburbanization and rational population moment of urban and rural areas in some entity regions. (3) Information boosts the blending of mentality of urban and rural people and propels the culture innovation in urban and rural regions. (4) Information ameliorate strengthens the human's power of regulating and controlling regional ecosystem and promote its sustainable development. Meanwhile, in order to take full advantage of information and promote urban-rural integration, some suggestions on how to deal with such information trend should be put forward. First, carry through a system innovation and amelioration on information domain. Secondly, speed up the development of information industry and modern informational public facilities. Thirdly, intensify the cultural and informational communication between urban and rural people and enhance the peasantry' technological level. Fourthly, establish digital regions and cities. Finally, strengthen environment monitor and protection on information. These suggestions will have important impact on the urbanization process.
