| Abstract: | The decision-making system for revising the DSU of WTO is a consensus voting system which is inefficient and undemocratic.Economic globalization requires that the decision-making system for WTO should be highly efficient and democratic,which demands inevitably that WTO should adopt the majority vote mechanism for the decision-making system for revising the DSU. |
