| 摘 要： | 风险管理制度建设是上市公司内部控制体系建设的重要组成部分,也是现代企业管理难以回避的问题。诸如风险管理的宗旨、原则和基本要求,风险管理的组织体系、职责,公司重点领域风险防范以及制度运行保障等方面,既需要有系统化的理论阐述,更需要具有针对性的实践指导。本文拟就上市公司风险管理制度建设的有关问题作一些探讨。
