| 摘 要： | 本文对反倾销领域的中国"非市场经济地位"问题进行了解读,并以美国商务部于1995年1月到2010年6月期间终裁的85起对华反倾销案件为研究样本,统计了这些案件的普遍税率和单独税率,共计1175个裁决结果,采用关联分析方法针对中国"非市场经济地位"对反倾销裁决结果的影响进行了实证研究。实证结果显示,中国的"非市场经济地位"对美国商务部肯定性裁决结果无显著影响,但对反倾销税率高低的裁决有显著影响。
