浅谈三星级酒店餐饮经营中存在的问题

摘    要:三星级酒店在最近几年,餐饮经营受到了前所未有的冲击,现在的消费者比以前更加成熟了.在选择就餐场时考虑的因素很多,三星级酒店餐饮很难进入就餐者的选择视野,也就更难成为被选对象了。本文从六个方面分析了三星级酒店餐饮经营过程中出现的问题。

Simple Discussion about the problem of the Management of Restaurants of Three - Star Hotel

Abstract:Recently the restaurants in three- star hotel management got an unprecedented retreat. Nowadays the consumers are more mature than ever. There are many factors for consideration when choosing places for dinner, Three - star hotels are not within the horizon of choices, nor will they be the objects for choice. The problems appeared in the restaurants management of three - star hotel are analyzed in this thesis from different respects.
