| 摘 要： | 逆向物流系统主要由政府、企业、回收站和公众消费者等四个主体与废弃物、绿色技术两个客体组成。毛体间信息的不对称和客体的外部性导致了逆向物流系统价格机制的失灵，从而出现了系统的弱自组织能力。正式制度与非正式制度的设计可以克服价格机制失灵，形成逆向物流系统息性运行的内在机制。

| Abstract: | Reverse logistics system consists of four subjects: government,corporations,recycling bins,public consumers and two objects: offal and green technology.Information asymmetry among the subjects and externality between objects make price mechanism fail,thus it leads to infirm self-organizing ability of the system.However,design of in due form system and informality system can get over the failure and make a good inherence system. |
