| 摘 要： | 随着<海峡两岸经济合作框架协议>(ECFA)的签订与实施,两岸经贸关系趋于正常与稳定,从而为两岸经济与金融合作的顺利发展提供了基础.本文以ECFA特色为研究基础,以该协议为两岸经贸带来的变化及发展契机为研究重点,就ECFA对于两岸的贸易平衡、投资发展及金融合作所产生的影响进行分析,并就两岸金融合作的路径提出了建议.
