| 摘 要： | 利用2006—2010年我国R&D经费投入、R&D人员投入、技术市场成交额、技术市场成交合同数的数据,运用灰关联分析理论,研究了R&D投入结构与技术交易规模的关系。结果表明:R&D投入结构与技术交易规模有密切关系,且R&D经费投入相比R&D人员投入对技术交易规模的影响更大;政府和企业作为R&D经费的主要来源,两者的R&D经费投入均与技术交易规模有较强的相关关系,其中政府R&D经费投入对技术交易规模的影响更大;合理配置R&D的基础研究、应用研究和试验发展的投入结构,有利于加大技术交易深度、扩大技术交易广度。

| Abstract: | Using the data of R＆D expenditure, R＆D staff input, technical market turnover and contract number of China during 2006 2010, this paper studies the relationship between R＆D investment structure and technology trading scale by applying the grey relational analysis theory. The results show as follows：R＆D investment structure is closely related to technology trading scale,and R＆D expenditure has a relatively stronger influence on technology trading scale than R＆D staff input;the R＆D expenditure of governments and enterprises as the major sponsors all affect technology trading scale significantly, and government＇ s R＆D expenditure has a relative stronger impact on technology trading scale. Therefore, allocating the input of R＆D＇s three links reasonably, namely basic research, application research and test development, helps to increase the depth and expansion of technology trading. |
