| 摘 要： | 从20世纪90年代中后期开始,学术界对于知识管理这一课题的探讨异常热烈。学者们尝试从各种不同的理论角度来分析知识管理的成功要素,有关知识管理的研究文献与日俱增,有学者认为知识管理是继资源基础观（RBV）之后的一个新的战略学派。文章通过对既有知识管理文献的整理,对知识管理的研究视角、理论维度与理论流派进行了述评。

| Abstract: | Since the middle 90's of last century, Knowledge Management ( KM) has triggered hot discussions and lots of researches. Many scholars have exploring the key successful factors for KM from different views, one of which regards KM as a new school of strategy transcends Resource-Based View (RBV) . This paper gives a review about existing research perspectives, dimensions and schools of knowledge management theory. |
