| 摘 要： | 文章从文化经济学的角度切入,论述了西部民族文化资源的稀缺性引发西部文化旅游的发展,着重探讨西部文化旅游如何才能解决好开发与保护的关系,提出西部地区文化资源开发过程中应注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the scarcity of western national cultural resources induce the development of western cultural tourism. How to solve the relationship between the exploitation and protection in the development of western cultural tourism are emphasized in the paper. Questions that should be adverted in the exploitation process of western regional cultural resources are suggested. |
