The Analysis of Venture Investment from Economic Perspective |

| Abstract: | In this paper economic theories are used to analyze Venture Investment.By making use of the two economic theories of Transaction Costs and Asymmetric Information the characters of Venture Invest are analyzed and the interior mechanism of Venture Invest fast development is disclosed.The appliance of Coase's theorem and the model of prisoners' dilemma explains the necessity of government active participation. |
