| 摘 要： | 本文以可持续增长财务理论为指导,论证财务战略与企业增长率之间的关系,指出在风险控制与增长速度控制之间,风险控制应是第一位的,并阐明了在不同的企业寿命周期阶段,财务战略的重点不同,成功关键因素不同,可持续增长率的作用也不同。

| Abstract: | The thesis demonstrates the relations between the financial strategy and the sustainable growth rate using the theories about sustainable growth financial models. It points out that the risk control is the first important between the control on the risk and the growth rate. It also elaborates the different impact of sustainable growth rate, the critical factors of success and the emphasis of financial strategy at the different stages of the corporation's life cycle. |
