摘    要:文章应用UG/CAM进行自动编程,生成机床能识别的加工代码,在加工中心上一次定位、夹紧并加工,从而解决了动模板五向侧抽芯导滑槽位置精度难以保证的问题。

Abstract:This paper discusses antomatic programming by applying UG/CAM to generate NC codes that machine tool can identify,stop one position the workpiece on worktable of CNC,clamp and machine,so as to solve the problem that it is too low,location dimensions precision of T-slot of the core-pulling from five sides in a plane.
