| 摘 要： | 公益型非政府组织是为社会上不特定多数人或社会全体提供公共福益和公共服务的非政府组织,信仰追求是其行为的动机,具有特殊的责任凸显其行为的伦理特质。公益型非政府组织行为以其理性化特征和组织化形式成为道德实践的新模式。

| Abstract: | Public welfare NGO is non governmental organization which provides public welfare or public service by non specific majority or the whole society.Their belief is their behavior motivation,sharing specific responsibility with ethics features.The rational features and the organizational forms of the behavior of public welfare NGO have become new model for moral practice. |
