| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着我国经济的快速发展，众多企业深感传统的企业理财目标越来越不能满足企业发展的要求，纷纷在探索新时期企业财务管理的新目标。鉴于企业利益相关各方对企业理财目标的不同认识，目前相当多的企业财务管理目标不明确、不正确，甚至有背社会发展方向，给企业和社会带来了不良后果。因而，对财务管理目标理论的研究有着重要的理论意义和实践意义，有必要在构建和谐社会这一新的历史背景下，对企业财务管理目标的选择作深入研究。
