| 摘 要： | 当前,商业银行以越来越快的步伐拓展自己的投资业务。借鉴发达国家经验,我国商业银行拓展投资业务主要应从改变商业银行投资管理模式、丰富金融产品、提高商业银行投资市场的流动性、完善商业银行投资的信用风险和定价机制等方面入手。
