| 摘 要： | 安全是建筑企业的生命线。中国建筑企业应当以“以人为本,预防为主”的安全文化理念为核心,自上而下积极开展企业安全管理和安全文化全面建设,从而使工程项目能够顺利实施并提高企业效益,增强企业的竞争力,进而打入国际工程市场。
