| Abstract: | The technological progress and development of supply chain management intensified.competition for manu- facturing enterprise, coal production enterprise transforma- tion for solutions provider must be combined with the partic- ularity of the coal industry, produc!iou and consumption. From the particularity of coal products manufacturing and marketing, this paper discusses the transformation of the reason, necessity and feasibility, and puts forward the strate- gies and methods to implement transformation, an＇d-combin- ing with the characteristics of the coal industry to the rele- vant key links are proposed. |
