| 摘 要： | 拓展广东经济与社会文化发展的国际视野，吸纳中外成功经验和高层智囊人士的积极主张，对于已有20年改革开放之成果积累的广东来说，是至关重要的。再创新优势，更上一层楼，必须立足于对区域经济发展的综合考察与全面理解之上，必须在可持续发展的现代价值观上去重新审视过往的经验与不足。

| Abstract: | It is essential for Guangdong province to broaden its international view of economic, social and cultural development, extract successful experience both at home and abroad and adopt the active suggestions of higher - rank learned people. To create new advantages and score greater achievements must be based on the comprehensive inspection and an overall comprehension of regional economic development. We must examine the past experience and defects on the basis of the modern value view of steady development. |
