基于平均发电成本的风电项目经济性分析

在分析风电项目资金成本、投资回收期、发电成本等经济评价要素的特性及其计算方法的基础上,提出了基于平均发电成本的风电项目经济性评价方法,并应用于中型与大型风电项目、海上风电场与陆上风电场项目的对比分析。实证分析结果表明,该方法在风电项目经济性评价中是有效的,大型风电项目比中型风电项目更具投资价值、海上风电场的长期经济效益优于陆上风电场。

Economic Analysis of the Wind Power Project Based on Average Power Generation Cost

Based on the analysis of characteristics and calculating method of economic evaluation elements that included capital cost,payback period and power generation cost,put out an economic evaluation method which is based on the average power generation cost,then applied to comparative analysis of medium-scale and large-scale wind power project,offshore wind farm and the land-based wind farm.Empirical analysis shown that this method is effected in wind power project economic evaluation,and the investment value of large-scale wind power project is more than medium-scale wind power project,the long-term economic benefits of offshore wind farm is better than Land-based wind farm.
