| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the enterprise competence in term of the complexity and the complexity of enterprise competence from the aspects of meaning, measure, formation mechanism, nonlinearity and levels. Moreover, it thinks that it is helpful for the enterprise competence theoretical research to introduce the complexity theory into the competence research. |
