国外旅游度假区研究综述

度假旅游起始于欧洲,现已成为世界旅游市场发展的一大趋势。作为度假旅游的产物——旅游度假区,也受到国外学者们的关注。通过对国外相关书籍和期刊文献的分析,发现国外研究焦点集中在旅游度假区发展模型、旅游度假区市场特征、旅游度假区影响以及旅游度假区经营管理四个方面。在研究方法上大多以发展成熟的度假区为例,运用定性与定量相结合的方法进行分析。对国外四个研究焦点以及研究方法进行分析,以期为中国旅游度假区的健康发展提供借鉴。

A Review of Study on Foreign Tourist Resort

Holiday-Making Tourism originated from Europe,has become a trend of world tourism market development.As a product of the rise of holiday-making tourism——tourist resort,has also been concerned by foreign scholars.The paper,after reviewing the relevant foreign books and literature,and founded that overseas research focused on： tourist resort development model,tourist resort characteristics of market,study of tourist resort′s impacts as well as business management of tourist resort.On the aspect of research methods,most of the research take the developed tourist resort for example,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for analysis.In this paper,by the analysis of the four aspects on foreign reseach as well as the methods,it aims to provide reference for the healthy development of China′s tourist resort.
