| Abstract: | Procurement logistics is the basic logistics of an enterprise. The content of group procurement is introduced in this paper. The characteristics and benefits of group procurement are analyzed, and so does the differences between group procurement and traditional procurement. Implementation of group procurement in manufacturing company is discussed through real case. |
