| 摘 要： | 根据技术创新发展的趋势和大型煤炭企业特点，从创新投入能力，创新实施能力，创新实现能力和创新管理能力等方面建立技术创新能力评价指标体系，运用层次分析和模糊综合评价得出大型煤炭企业技术创新能力综合评价方法，并就某大型煤炭企业进行了应用分析。
