| 摘 要： | 针对输变电工程造价分析中无法兼顾工程建设造价总体水平与年度之间指标可比性的问题，研究并提出反映输变电工程总体变化趋势的输变电工程综合造价指数，通过统一技术方案规模，剔除技术因素的影响，可更加客观地反映造价变化的幅度；采用指数法分析了2007年电网工程造价指数。分析结果表明：输变电工程综合造价指数分析法实现了对输变电工程造价水平变化的宏观描述。

| Abstract: | Given that the traditional cost analysis tool fails to address both the overall construction level and the annual cost index comparability simultaneously,the paper presents the composite cost index,which reflects the overall trend in the cost changes for power transmission projects.The cost index can indicate the magnitude of the cost change with a higher objectivity by unifying the measure of the technical schemes and eliminating deviations caused by technical factors.Application of the index in the cost i... |
