摘    要:绩效管理是“以人为本”理念下促进人与企业融合的理想的工具,企业的管理者通过发现员工的绩效表现来了解管理的效果,文章主要对绩效管理的一些基本定义进行初步的探讨。

Abstract:China has become a member of WTO and it brings competitive pressure from all over the world to enterprises of China. Based on the idea of "humanism" ,the management of performance is an ideal tool to promote the combination of people and enterprises. Managers can find out the effect of management by performance of employees. If they found their performance influenced by the extent of combination, managers will change their managing style or adjust plans in time, or help employees to improve their performance by communication and advice. This article probes into some of the definitions of performance management.
