从教学价值视角看教学模式的流程再造

摘    要:教学价值是教学活动追求的目标与意义,更是满足、融合师生需要的体系。本文以实现当前大学教学中的"教师主导、学生主体"的模式为例,运用企业流程再造理论,在"全景式"描述大学课堂教学困境的基础上,重新审视与整合大学教学活动的关键要素,在此基础上构造了大学课堂价值链,设计了具有一定应用性与可操作性的教学活动环节与评估指标体系,初步进行了运用战略管理的思维进行基于教学价值的流程再造的教学试验。

Abstract:Teaching value not only embodies the aims and significance of teaching,but also is a system to satisfy needs of the teachers and students.The difficulty is described completely in the college classroom firstly.Based on the BPR Theory and the case of double bishops teaching mode,the teaching value-chain is constructed in college classroom.Then some practical teaching links and evaluating system are designed.Finally,a test of teaching reengineering process is carried out based on teaching value and strategic management thought is tried in college classroom teaching.
