| 摘 要： | 从技术商品的本质特征着手,考虑到技术转让双方的信息不对称和市场差距因素,提出了技术转让双方的价格预期模型,并结合技术生命周期理论给出各参数及其系数的估计值,分析了不同时期技术转让的利弊,并结合分析提出了一些技术转让的建议。

Research on Life Cycle Based on Technology Pricing Model |

| Abstract: | Considering the essential characteristics of technology goods, information asymmetry and market difference, price expectation model of technology transfer is put forward in this paper. Based on the estimation of each factor of technology life cycle theory, the paper also analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of technology transfer in different phases, bring forward some suggestions on technology transfer. |
