Recently, Chinese outbound tourism developed rapidly, the impetuses are that the factors of demand and supply increase continually and the conditions of resources are mature. The positive roles of outbound tourism exist in the following aspects： meeting the need of national consumption, balancing three big tourism markets, developing inbound tourism, increase the communication between countries, decrease the conflict of trade, and lesson the pressure of RMB appreciation.
