| 摘 要： | 始于2009年的希腊债务危机拉开了欧洲债务危机的序幕,欧盟诸多国家频发债务危机,并引发了世界经济的动荡。文章考察了欧洲债务危机的发展历程,并对爆发危机的几个国家的财政状况进行了对比研究,从制度设计方面探讨了欧元区所面临的困境。认为虽然债务危机给欧元区带来很大的打击,但是欧洲货币联盟的发展将会依照现有路径继续发展。

| Abstract: | The European debt crisis started from Greece in 2009,and several states of EU have been trapped into debt crisis which caused the fluc-tuation of the world economy.This paper reviews the development of the crisis,and studies the financial situation among different states.It discusses the institutional difficulty that the Euro Zone faces.Although the debt crisis brought great shock to the Euro Zone,the European Monetary Union will keep on going as planned. |
