| 摘 要： | 回顾经济转型中的农村金融制度变迁历程及其特征，得出我国农村金融制度变迁中存在产权制度缺陷、组织管理混乱、缺乏市场竞争主体及监管不力等问题，故应从产权制度、组织制度、引入竞争主体及监管制度等方面深化农村金融改革。

| Abstract: | By reviewing the transition process and the characteristics of rural financial institution over economic transition, this paper reveals that China＇ s rural financial institution has problems, such as defective property rights system, confusing organization administration, lack of market competition mainstay and poor supervision. Therefore, the paper proposes that rural financial reform should be deepened in terms of property right system, organizational system, introduction of competition mainstay and supervisory system. |
