| 摘 要： | 从塑造良好政府形象的重要性出发，从服务型政府的角度阐述了构建服务型政府与塑造良好政府形象之间是一种互为手段和目标的关系，分析了在构建服务型政府的新背景下对政府形象的新要求，并具体给出了如何从构建服务型政府的角度来塑造良好政府形象的途径。

| Abstract: | The article, from the importance of the image-building of government, and from the perspective of service-oriented government, demonstrates construeting service-oriented government and building good government image have mutual relationship between means and objective. This paper also analyses the new requirements for the govemment＇s image in building a new service-oriented government, and specifically presents how to build good government image from the perspective of constructing a service-oriented government. |
