区域经济文化与区域企业成长

学术界在反思社会发展的过程中，越来越强调文化因素的作用，试图以此解释社会发展进程中的“奇迹”和“欠发达”现象。然而区域文化作为非正式制度安排的重要内容，内容庞杂且可操作性较差。经济效应模糊且作用机制隐蔽。很难对其进行深入具体分析。文章认为优性的区域经济文化对区域经济发展的作用机理可以通过资源优化整合效应表现出其时区域企业成长的作用力。特别提及的是，细分区域经济文化的目的就是欲使区域经济文化更为具体清晰化。

Regional Economic Culture and Regional Enterprise Growth

More and more emphases on the function of cultural factors are taken into consideration in reviewing social development by scholars, attempting to explain the phenomena of ＂miracles＂ and ＂underdevelopment＂ in the social development process. However, regional culture, as an important part arranged by informal system, is beyond in-depth and specific analysis due to its complexity, poor practicability, uncertain economic effect and hidden mechanism of action. This paper believes that the action mechanism of regional economic culture on regional economic development can benefit the growth of regional enterprise through the effect of optimizing and integrating resources. It is particularly mentioned that the objective of subdivided regional economic culture is just to make regional economic culture more specific.
