运用"生态位"剖析企业的生存与发展

经济社会的运行规律同生态学之间存在着极强的相似和关联性。本文运用生态学知识解析企业的生态位现象及企业在经济环境中的进化过程,由此得出结论：经济组织的个体——企业,要懂得适者生存,找准自己的生态位;而作为经济管理的主体——国家,应着眼于激发经济组织内部个体的创新动机,鼓励创新,创造一个适宜企业生存和发展的环境。

Using Ecology to Explain the Survival and Development of the Enterprise

There is much resemblance and relevancy between ecology and economics.In this article,by using the knowledge of ecology to explain the ecological location of an enterprise and the course of its evolvement,we may draw a conclusion that the enterprise,as the cell of the economic system,must seek the location of itself rightly according to the principle of "the survival of the fittest"and the country,as the body of economic management,should pay more attention to inspiring and encouraging innovation in enterprises in order to create an environment suited for survival and development of enterprises.
