| 摘 要： | 当今社会竞争日益激烈,社会分工逐渐加强,降低成本,专注主业,成为许多企业的重要目标。很多企业开始选择将非核心业务外包给外包供应商。一般情况下,一家企业会同时与多个外包供应商合作。如何选择合适的外包供应商以及如何进行合适的外包供应商任务分配就是企业选择外包业务所要关注的重要问题。

| Abstract: | Today,the competition in the society is increasingly serious and the social division is strengthening gradually.To cut costs and focus on core business have become the important goals of many companies.Many companies are choosing to outsource non-core business to outsourcing provider.Under normal circumstances,an enterprise will cooperate with various outsourcing providers.How to choose the right outsourcing provider,and how to allocate the tasks are paid attention. |
